Is our Body Souffle safe to use on kids ? 

Yes , our body souffle’ contains hemp seed oil with minimal to no CBD. 

Does Sytiva body Souffle’ expire ? 

After opening you have 12 months to use the product, if stored properly out of direct heat and sealed properly.  

Is Sytiva good for all skin types ? 

Yes Sytiva has hemp seed oil which helps balance oily skin, while moisturizing dry/ combo skin.  

Is Sytiva body Souffle safe for pregnant women ?

Generally, yes, however please consult with your physician.

Hep seed oil contains Omega’s 3,6, and 9 which are needed for baby eye and brain health.

Do we ship to PO boxes ?

At this time, we do not, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have.  

When will my order ship ?

Order processing is 1-2 business days currently, ALL orders placed on the weekends and or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.  

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately all sales are final, however we do work with our customers for damaged/defective items.  

Damaged products 

We ask that you please inspect your package upon arrival to insure there are no damages. Should you receive a damaged or defective product please contact us at (Sytiva email) with your order # and a photo of the damaged product so that the issue may be resolved. 

Lost or Stolen packages 

Sytiva is not responsible for lost or stolen orders once the package has left our warehouse. If you select priority shipping you are eligible for insurance through the carrier for up to $50 USD. Please contact the carrier directly to report the issue and or file a claim.
